In 2023, the Bakugan franchise got its third iteration/reboot with a new anime TV series, following the original (2007–2012) and 'Bakugan: Battle Planet' (2018–2023). Produced by Spin Master Entertainment and animated by TMS Entertainment, the show first became available to U.S. viewers on Netflix on September 1, 2023. It was taken down from Netflix on January 7, 2025, and can now be watched on Kartoon Channel. The series features characters such as Dan Kouzo (voiced by Jonah Wineberg in English; no Japanese dub has been officially produced or announced), Griffin Tessly, Mia Ono, Juno Reyes, Andrew (Thunder Crunch), Chip, Kage, Backslash, and Ace.
